Are you looking to further support children, clients, staff or parents/carers in building their skills for resilience?

Join us for this fun and interactive Facilitator training programme that will broaden your skills, knowledge and understanding of resilience as well as explore key tools and strategies used to support this essential life skill. You will delve into the science of the mind-body connection and learn what is happening in the nervous system and how this impacts emotions and behaviours.  All content is delivered through creativity, play and discussion and includes the latest practices in psycho-education, Breathwork, physiology and positive psychology.

2025/26 Facilitator Training

Accredited PTR Facilitator Training enables you to deliver the Junior and Senior Programmes and Parent/Carer Workshops within your community. Training includes:

8 online sessions: Monday evenings, fortnightly, 7-9pm (GMT)

2 day in-person Integration: each cohort will be divided into two smaller groups for the in-person integration days

3 Online follow-up sessions: Monday evenings, 8-9pm (GMT)

PTR Support HUB: For ongoing support, shared learning and CPD opportunities

Is this training right for you?

This training is suitable for anyone with at least 2 years experience of working with children or adolescents in a school, private practice or community setting. You will have an interest in holistic wellbeing, with an open heart and an open mind. You will be educated to minimum of a Level 3 (A Level, Diploma). Suitable for 25+ years and over.
